Our company has a full line of services that will help you avoid the high cost of carpet replacement. We offer general prices over the phone and, in certain cases, we can stop by and give a written estimate at no cost.

Carpet Steam Cleaning
Apartment-
$95 regardless of size unless we service your property management company. Then it's only $80
Townhouse, Condo, duplex or Single Family Home-
$95 for the first 2 rooms and hall, $30 ea. additional room, $30 per flight of stairs, $15 for additional hallways.
Upholstery Steam Cleaning - $12 a linear foot
Stain Removal - $18 and up, the price varies depending on severity.
Stretching - $35 per area to close gaps, reinstall loose carpet or remove wrinkles
Spot Dye - $25 and up, to restore the color to bleach damaged carpet, the price varies depending on severity
Repairs - $35 and up, to repair holes and damages that cannot be fixed otherwise, the price varies depending on severity
Water Extract - $55 per hour Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm
$75 per hour After business hours, weekends and holidays
Mildew Treat - $25 per area to prevent micro-organism growth in your water damaged property. The product we use is the commercial standard for nursing homes, hospitals and daycare centers so you can feel confident in it's efficacy and safety standards.
Equipment Rental - We have air movers and dehumidifiers for rent per day to help assist in drying water damaged property.
We have Ozone Machine and Restorator Machine for rent per day to assist with odor remediation
Replacement - We can replace padding damaged by water, wooden tack strips and metal thresholds. We do NOT replace carpeting.

This is a side by side comparison of the same recliner, before and after steam cleaning. Not all upholstery can be steam cleaned, but the pieces of furniture that can be, often turn out better than expected.
